Their refit turn around time is super fast. I have had to send mine back three times (not their fault) and each time they have gotten them on Tuesday and had them sent back out before Friday. My last refit seems as of now( trying to not jump the gun yet like i did the last refit) to be perfect...

Well I just got my 16 Pros back from their second refit and I have to say spend the time to get your refits done right. My first refit just exposed another spot that needed work(discomfort was so bad because of the first spot I coudlnt feel the second).Apparently according to my audiologist...

Yeah for what I paid I will take the time to get the fit right. Its not near as bad as I thought. Was mostly how I was taking them out but there are two spots that need a little grinding. One spot is just something they missed buffing and the other is just an odd bump that needs smoothed.

Looks like I gotta send mine back anyway. The left earpiece needs some fit adjusting so I will just have them redo the faceplates too I guess.

Sensaphonics can make custom silicone sleeves for alot of the more popular universals. You might look into that. I did for some Shure SE530 and it made a huge difference. I JUST got my JH16Pro customs and they are a whole other level. If you can afford to buy new customs that might be your best...
