Need some helps with cables again
I'm going to get this audio interface http://www.tcelectronic.com/desktopkonnekt6.asp and i'm going to hook it up to my yamaha hs50m's, and i was wondering if i need 2 trs cables, 2 ts cables, or one of each... thanks for the help =)- mrbean15

like i said in the beginning, if i plug it into my ipod there's none of that awful sound. and keep in mind that with ferrite beads on both ends of the cable, about 1/3 of that sound is gone, but it's still enough to annoy the crud out of me =P would something like this work...- mrbean15

ok, it seems there's some confusion... hs50m isn't a headphone, it's a speaker (studio monitor speaker). As for the noise, i'm aware that the speakers make noise when there are no inputs, but the second i plug in the stereo connector to my soundcard, there's a high pitched noise. ok, ill run prime95 tmrw to stress the cpu btw, i dont hear white noise thru my ath m50s edit: ok i tried stressing my gpu (4770) with heaven benchmark and my cpu (i7 920) with prime95 without the ferrite beads, but i still go the noise. So does this mean that it's something to do with the cable?- mrbean15
