Would these headphones be good for the gym?

Anyone compared them to the v-moda crossfade 3 wireless? The v-moda dont have anc. But wondering how they are compared sound vise.

I have an problem with the tws4. Sometimes the sound gets smaller/narrower and some sound disappeares. And suddenly it comes back. Other has problem with this? Really annoying. I use aptx lossless with my Sony xperia 5 iv. And also i cant adjust the volume on the phone. Only on the buds themself.

Why cant i change the volume on my Sony mobile, but only on the iems themself?

Got my Sony xperia 5 iv some days ago. Tried it with Ifi go link and xelento v2. Didnt work well sadly. It was lot of background noise. Like the volume was to high. Could usb player pro help? When i tried the same setup on Samsung tablet 7 plus, it worked perfect.
