thanks, ive sent them an email.   my problem is that i dont live is the us, but in israel. and if i would need to sent the cans for repaire the it would cost me well over 100$ just to ship it.    i hope the therer customer service is as good as you say.    hagay

hey   ive just notice that the volume on the right side of the cans are far less then on the left side.    ive tried different cables and different sources and the results are the same.    im using 1/4" plug, so no they are not balanced.    is it normal to have diffrerent volumes each...

I just moved into a new apartment that does not have many outlets, so I had to connect the amp and dac through a power strip, and sound as you can guessed is worse. is there someting i can do that wont force me to brake the bank?    thanks

hello   Ive recently bought my headphone set, beyerdynamic DT800 and an amp\dac combo Yulong D100, but im keep getting Background noise and i suspect the problem is with the power cable. now i know i can buy an expensive  power cable but do i need to replace the source? i have one wall...

the grado isnt form a head fi member, its local from israel, so here the prices are a bit different a new grado is only about 50$ more then the dt880 which goes for 450-500$

right now i dont have an amp just asus stx soundcard but soon im getting little dot mk3 and i listen most to rock

hey   for the same price i can get a brand new beyerdynamic DT880 or go for a slightly use grado RS2 (not the new "i" version)   what do you think?
