Yeah, you’d still have the quality Mojo 2 source, but with around four times the output power with the JDS. Should be a fantastic system and some serious peace of mind! ~600 mW into 32 ohms vs 2,300 mW into 32 ohms!

Hello! I can’t find in the manual how to run the Mojo 2 strictly as a DAC. The Mojo 1 had a line-level mode by powering on while holding down the two volume buttons. Is there a way to set the Mojo 2 to line-level mode? Thanks for any help.

I agree about the AKG K240 Sextett + Bottlehead Crack combo….so lifelike in terms of tone and excitement IME. Vintage 70s receivers are a good option though if you can find one in good working order for a good price—they typically have tons of power through the headphone output.
