Laptop Advice
Hi all, I'm looking for a laptop for work...I only want to do spreadsheets, ms word, browse the net via 56 kmodem and wifi, etc.. Id say the most heavy duty task it would do is Photoshop. Attach a scanner to it. I would like 2 hardrives, dvd-r/cd-r and Wi-Fi and good batt life...- jcdenton

Calculator Advice
PDA's done come with dedicated 1,2,3 and x, divide, + and - signs which I need. Need hardkeys. Don't care for qwetry on spreadsheet as I can type out the alphabets on the pc...what I need to do most is number manipulation.- jcdenton

Nope not in school. I sell precious metals. Which are sold my grams, ounce, lbs, kilos and gods know how many conversions i need to do. Often I need to convert something from grams to lbs, USD to Euro and a bunch of other technical stuff. Cost calculations. I would find all of this easier...- jcdenton

Knife Sharpening suggestions
So does it mean that I shouldn't sharpen my Benchmade Griptilian knife to a razors edge? Or should I leave the leatherman as it is and keep the Benchmade real sharp .... I often use a knife to cut open packages or even cut fruit like apples ...- jcdenton

Knife Sharpening suggestions
Just got myself a leatherman and the knife is pis poor in sharpness. Someone suggested crock sticks and a leather strop as the easiest way to sharpen the blades. Anyone recommend this method? Or should I try somethign else. I am looking for a simple way of sharpening.- jcdenton
