    Sony MDR-V6 with Beyer pads sound much worse than stock?

    Long time lurker hoping to get some advice. I've been using Sony MDR-V6's for the past 3 years now. I have not heard any better headphones, but I really enjoy the sound. For me, however, the fit and comfort is poor. I can't use the pleather pads for more than an hour or two without my ears...
