bump..

Alright everyone, I've been using koss portapro for my lifting and running days, but now since I'm lifting in a public gym I need something with isolation.  I have a pair of Meelec M6 that I really like, but I can't use them when lifting because of the microphonics from my heartbeat/pulse goes...

So, do I also need to get a new cable?   Also, where would be a basic place to order the plugs?  Just somebody who doesn't overcharge for shipping and ships quickly

What would be the best way to go about this?  I want the cable to be about 1ft long.    I did some searching, and I think I just purchase a new plug, cut the cable, and solder the wires into the new plug.  Correct?   What would be the best plug to get for this?  I've seen Canare...

Meelec M6 seems like a tough IEM so far.  It's been getting beat at the gym with sweat the past two months. It comes with a pretty good case too

Meelec M6, i think it's the best bet for a gym phone. They stay in, have a nice V sound and are cheap.

I've tried every time, the only ones that seal are the black silicone tips and the triple flanges, but they don't block out outside noise very well.  Would foam tips isolate better?  Like the comply tips?   I wanted the super tips to fit, but they all just slip out really easily And the...
