    Singxer SU-6

I am not sure about the firmware version on my unit, but I will check tonight. If you don't mind, can you tell me yours? It is a shame, because the sound from the I2S connection is so obviously superior.

    Singxer SU-6

Hi My SU-6 creates a very loud pop noise only when connected to DAC via I2S (Gustard X26 pro, or Benchmark DAC-2), whenever the music starts to play or right after the music stops. Essentially, the noise pops when the front panel "Play" light goes from OFF to ON, or ON to off. No such noise if...

    krell ksa-5 head amp

I second this statement, but with some clarifications:   I had to go to Taobao.com to get a Chinese clone version as I have no clue where to get the PCB from here in US (which I would prefer). The Chinese clone uses Philips BC546/556, but I did have all of them tightly matched, and I bought...

    Krell KSA 5 Clone (China)

For a quick bench test, I usually used Variac.   Few of my spare Sigma22's are clones, which comes with option of using a pot instead of a fixed value resistor..............or you can fool around with gain and reference voltage on a original AMB Sigma22 PSU.   Hope this helps!

    Krell KSA 5 Clone (China)

Reverse engineering or whatever name one wants to call this or other version of KSA5 clones, this setup is definitely a fantastic deal. Especially for the ones whom could never afford a stock KSA5.   To me the sound of this Chinese clone is wonderful, and depending how far one wants to go with...
