FLAC Player for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad
Can anyone clarify for me whether or not the iphone 4 running flac player is resampling 24/96 flac to 16/48 or 44.1. I just found out that both of these will play through the front usb on my marantz sa8004. flac player crashes when switching from a 16/44.1 to a 24/96 though.- candc07

If you want 64gb you have two options. You can do a compact flash card mod using one of tarkan's adapters(25$) and a compact flash card going for about 100$ to 150$. Or you could just get an ssd at that size and they run about 150$ and up. The 128gb ssd might be around the same price.- candc07

Grados GR10 or Ety ER-4PT?
I have the Gr10 and the iphone 4 and they make a great combo. I keep mine in an old ultimate ears case and take them with me everywhere. The iphone sound sig is nice with them. I tried them with my cowon j3 but they were a little bright with out the headphone bbe setting to add a little bass...- candc07

Maverick Audio TubeMagic D1 (DAC/Amp) - Condensed FAQ and Info Thread
I have my D1 and noticed that running my cd player analog outs to the d1 analog ins there is considerable distortion in the headphone out but not through the analog outs of the d1. I have tried the same cd through the optical in and it is clear as day. Can any one give some insight into this?- candc07

I have had mine for a few days now and the monster foam supertips work really well. i had some from my miles davis tributes lying around. Great isolation and the bass improves over the stock tips. The siblence is calmed a bit too.- candc07
