It could be the best sound in the world but discomfort in my ear is plain unacceptable. Mine felt like I had a Q-Tip to far in my ear the whole 5 minutes they were in before i sent them back.

I called Westone for the second time about them attending. They were "Unfortunately not able to attend". Mabey if this is going to be an anual event..... the more people that call Westone and JH, the better the chance we can get them there, I was looking forward to trying the new ES5's.....
