Replacement earpads for ATH M50 with larger earcup size

Comfort and accuracy are both nice to have, but comfort is the more important consideration here. The earcups on the stock M50 are too small, so they sit on my ear instead of around my ear, causing a lot of discomfort. My cans are the original curly corded ones from about 10 years ago. My...

invalid URL error attempting to leave feedback

    Who here still reads?

I think the amount of reading I did dropped off quite a bit after I got a laptop about 4 years ago. Since maybe a year or two ago, I've definitely been back to reading, though I'm not a avid reader per se.   We got broadband this year and now I read a crapton more than ever online. Some of...

    Headphone Sightings 2

First sighting! Almost forgot, because I found my car battery dead right after that. Anyway, somebody I used to work with had a pair of Beyerdynamic 770. Sounds like she uses them for transcription work.

    I've been enjoying 64 Kbps MP3s

Just wanted to give this example of audio perception:   I've been using the lower quality steaming option on the Grooveshark website. I did some analysis today with Wireshark and foobar2000. I've had it on for a while (capped internet, blech), and it turns out I've been listening to 64 Kbps...
