not sure if this is relevant, but on my Asus Xonar D2X I have a stereo mix recording device. Asus is generally consistent with offering extensive features on all it's products though all these products are also consistent in that there is a noticeable learning curve to configuring them properly...

Just got a new pair. The volume is a bit lower, guess i have to wait for burn-in do i have to keep the volume low to avoid damaging the earphones in this period?

Question: do i have to squeeze the foam sleeve every time i put the se530 on to get a good fit? I thout memory foam took the shape of any space it's pushed into

While half asleep, I got this genius idea to clean the foam sleeves by putting them under the tap. Thing is, I forgot to take them off the earphones!! After hastily removing the se530 from the under the gushing flow (an agonising 3 seconds of it) and leaving the earphone to dry, I tried it...
