Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
I have ended up reducing the 1k band a couple of dbs in order to tame the mid-bass quantity and bring them to the level of XM4s earbuds. The bass is a bit more than I'd like. Shame as I'm in love with the timbre and overall SQ. Would be interesting to see any tweaks every XM5 owner has applied...- G_T_J

Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
Received mine today and have been listening with them for the past couple of hours. First off, they are a lot bassier than I was expecting and had hoped for - bassier than the xm4 earbuds which I use with Sony hybrids. BUT their comfort is second to none and it's a breeze wearing them - nearly...- G_T_J

Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
That's great to hear as I was hoping that would be the case. WF1000XM4 are my favourite Bluetooth earbuds I've had so far. I consider them superior over anything I've tried including Sennheiser Momentums 1 & 2.- G_T_J

Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
That's why I'm thinking to jump on the xm5 wagon. Sony usually offers consumer-friendly sound signature but at the same time they excell when it comes to natural tonality and musicality. I'm seriously impressed with the WF1000XM4 earbuds and I'm hoping to get more of the same with the xm5- G_T_J

Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
It might be the overall experience which in my case was rather painful with the H95. I'm not a fan of bright headphones but when I a-b-ed them with my HD600 or DT150 they were not on the same level from a pure sq perspective. My preferred signature is neutral with a slight tilt of warmth. The...- G_T_J

Thanks for the initial impressions. Really, you found the H95 superior in pure music performance? I just sold them as I thought they were quite dark sounding for my liking while seriously heavy and uncomfortable for any session more than 30 minutes.- G_T_J

B&O Beoplay H95 Headphones - Black Received these as a gift earlier this year and have only used them a couple of times on a return flight. No leakage for me too but then again I only use them at 30-35% of their max volune - it's plenty enough for me! The fact that they sound excellent at moderate or even lower volumes is one of their biggest adlvantages in my view.- G_T_J

NEW Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 ANC Headphones - Reviews & Impressions
Hi everybody. I just received my H95. Upon a very first brief listening session, I noticed that the treble and higher mids timbre comes out a bit as ''metal-icky''. Has anyone else noticed that too? Is it going to settle-smooth out with use? On another note I don't find them bassy - I'd say...- G_T_J
