i heard the song on my mdr v6 and can hear the bass, what you are asking for is un natural bass some people prefer that. For the meantime you can adjust the equaliser settings or buy amp.

Thank you for the responses. It looks like the X10 are for me, i know what you mean with different sound reproductions. Maybe more people like the open airy sound which the shure 530's produce i believe. It would be hard for a phone to have both deep and dark sounds as well as open and airy...

i will use it with an ipod 160gb, klipsch x10 and i want to spend £60 i would also like it to look good done some searching but once i find one it lacks the other criteria such as it looks good and will go together well but expensive.
