Same here, placed an order with them on October 22nd and status still shown as processing. Left many messages on live chat without any reply from them. I'll probably open a PayPal dispute soon.

The FX700 is way out of my budget lol especially given the the track records of loosing a pair of iem every few months or so.. :(  just ordered the FXT90 and it's on the way :D

How do these compare to the copper Turbines? I'm currently debating between the MDR7550s, FXT90s and GR07s. In the past I was more then happy for the sound signature of the coppers until one side finally gave out. By the look of it, the 7550s seem to resemble the monster ones more is this true? ...
