What CD player/TT do you use with your RS-1's? (or any Grado's)
Eastsound E5->WNA MKII-> RS-1 Sounds great, with crystal clear sound... but could use a touch of warmth- l_simon_l

Are canalphones safe for your ears?
I have tinnitus, and the IEMs seem to aggrivate it more than ordinary phones. Why? I don't know, but I keep my volume low, so that is not it.- l_simon_l

Sennheiser HD-200
I've only heard them briefly and that was before I owned any good headphones. The only thing I remember was the very harsh treble But then again that could just as easily have been the surrounding equipment. edit: what a useless post i just posted..- l_simon_l

Im looking for some portable Cans that sounds just as good as the KOss75
I have not heard the KCS75, but I thought my ER6i definately sounded better than the portapros, although with the portapros you get much more "bang for the buck". If you've got enough money, buying a used HD-25 is a very good choise. I received mine yesterday.... and it's good- l_simon_l

Alessandro MS-1 - Too Fun?
I don't find the MS1 bright at all. Out of the setup I had back when I owned it I even thought the HD600 was brighter- l_simon_l

Take full advantage of HD650
imho a cheap soundcard (like the m-audios) won't get you anywhere near the full potential of the senns..- l_simon_l

I've come to the conclusion that Grado RS-1's w/bowls are not bright..
Well, I think RS-1 + bowls is a tad too bright. Well, maybe that's because I have a source on the bright side of neutral and a fast amp with a LM6171 stuck in it. If we are going to do this senn vs. grado thing again, I absolutely think the senns have a more realistic treble. I listen a little...- l_simon_l

Reasonably priced all-in kit suitable for RS1
The RS1+WNAMKII sounds very nice indeed But if you have a bright source and uses bowls with the grados the combo will be a tad lean. With my source (an eastsound), I'm missing a little body to the tone.- l_simon_l

Any good dancers here?
I do salsa 3-4 times a week Tried to pick up some popping stuff as well, but that stuff is hard... weeks of practice and all I've got is not so good arm waves and sideglides, and awful hits (the "pop" in popping)...- l_simon_l

How loud do you have your IEM's volume at?
I have the ipod set so I just can't hear my tinnitus... with the ER6is that is about 30% of the volume slider- l_simon_l
