You should get the 6SE if you have hard to drive headphones, such as the Denons. I believe that the standard 6 is good enough for the more normal headphones, and really good value - you could get it and be happy about saving money. Or you could fork up the extra cash and get the 6se maxed...

I wouldn't want to disturb neighbors, as I wouldn't want them to disturb me. Also, it's quite cheaper to get a very good headphone setup than a speaker-based one.
