I purchased the AD700 and the driver on the left speaker touches my ear making it uncomfortable. I'm thinking of returning for another pair, hoping they fit better. Is there much variance in the ear padding of the AD700 or are they all pretty consistent?

Why does the 32ohm version sell for more than the 250ohm version. I thought the 250ohm was superior. Is it supply & demand? Are the 32ohm newer?

I just purchased the hd595 and ath ad700 to try out and I want a new adapter cause I read that the hd595 one isn't great. My main criteria are build quality and less stress on the jack. What say you? HD650, Grado, or Cardas adapter? If there's really no difference I'll go with the cheapest...
