I had forgotten the part about the sound stage on the M50s.  At that price though I'm willing to give them a try.   My concern at the moment is finding a way to get a wireless mixamp.  There are none on ebay/craigslist or anywhere else without the A40s.

I was able to snag a ATHM50S for $70 shipped.  I'll be modding a mic into it.   It looks as though the only option to get all this running wirelessly is the mixamp though.  Does anyone know of a competing product?

I mean I want the option to plug them in when they run out of juice and still use them.  Instead of having to use a different setup after a few hours.   I actually got 8+ hours from the G930s most of the time.
