    Confused newbie! Need More Bass!

Welp, I recieved my XB700's today, and I am very happy with my choice. The sound is very warm and bass is better than the XB500. It is more controlled, and the mid and high is better on the 700's than the 500 too. Thanks for your help guys

    Sansa Clip+ Hesitation

Ok I have pinpointed my hesitation problem. It was one set of mp3's I had that would make the player hesitate whenever it tried to play the file. Deleted those files and now all is good. Thanks for the help!

    Sansa Clip+ Hesitation

The Clip+ only has one version of firmware from Sandisk right now, as far as I know. There haven't been any updated versions according to their website

Each of my folders has an ALB file in it (album file?). Is that what you are talking about?

    Sansa Clip+ Hesitation

Just got my new Clip+ and I love it! Except that sometimes when fast-forwarding through songs, it will freeze and none of the buttons will work. After like 10 seconds it will continue working. I did some brief searching and didn't find any info on this. Anybody else have this issue?

    Confused newbie! Need More Bass!

They had the Skullcandy Skullcrushers at Bestbuy and I thought they soudned horrible!! Turns out there is a Sony store about an hour away from me, and they have the MDR-XB700 and MDR-V6 there, so I will make the trip today to go try those out with my own mp3 player. I'll let you guys know how...

    Confused newbie! Need More Bass!

Sorry I forgot to mention my budget, which is about $70-80 max. Is the MDR-V6 significantly better than the XD700 in sound? I am leaning towards the XD700 because the XD500 I tried on was very comfortable due to the deep pads. Also to re-iterate a question in my original post, should I...

Forgive me for not being an audiophile straight from the womb. Everybody has different preferences. I'm just here to make sure I'm interpreting the information correctly before making a decision.

    Confused newbie! Need More Bass!

The HD201's do a great job when I listen to country, rock, less bassy music, but I would like there to be strong punchy bass when I listen to electronic music. The HD201's aren't very "fun" to listen to with electronic music, if that makes any sense. With regard to the Koss PortaPro, I am...

    Confused newbie! Need More Bass!

Hi all, I'm pretty new to headphones. I listen to a lot of dance, techno, electronic music and I love bass. My previous (and only) pair of headphones was the Sony MDR-V150 and I actually thought they sounded ok, but I broke them by accident. The mid and high was pretty muffled but I didn't mind...
