What is the best sole CD to mp3 encoder ? i need a program similiar to Audiocatalyst. where it has a choice from 112kbps to 320, preferably something that goes to 320kbps. and has good solid quality code. CDDB is preffered if not its no big deal. Thankyou.

I want to test this OGG fangle, I have had my new ihp-140 a week now and I am curious as to how these OGG's go on it. (sound, battery etc). Can anyone tell me what the best OGG Encoding program is please. and a good mp3 encoding program ? thanks
