After trying about 20 different PCs with my G08, including those on this thread, my favorite remains the Cardas Golden Power. JPS Labs' Kaptovator is really nice, too... but, higher cost aside, it really offers nothing more than the Cardas, IMO.

EyEPoD, have you tried the new system with a Cardas, etc. balanced cable to the XLRs on the back of the Blockhead? If not, you aren't getting the detail, soundstage, bass power and articulation that you've already paid for. Believe me- it's worth every penny of the extra $250.00 from Headroom...
