Sorry for bringing back an old thread, but I figured there's no need for a new one, and people you'd probably redirect me to this thread.   What are your opinions on this versus? As on this thread, I've read people saying the Shuffle sounds better, others that the Clip + with Rockbox beats...

Thanks for the tips on comfort. However, comfort is not the ultimate goal. I am definetly looking for something more comfortable than the Alessandro's, but I can wear them from som time with no discomfort.

Thank you very much. I haven't decided yet, but my options are now the M9 and the Hippo Pearl. There isn't much talk about the Hippo's around, so I'll probably get the M9. ;) 

The M9 are on 30$ again. The Metro.fi 170vi are slightly cheaper. Which one should I get?   Thank you. ;)

Update!   Now I stumbled with the Playaz N3. From what I've read, they're awsome for the price, and beat by far the M9 and the Hippo's.   I think I'm going for them, even with the horrible looks. Anyone?   Thanks a lot!

Thank you very much for the input.   Well, it's between the Hippo's and the M9, now. PL50 are too expensive for the use I will be giving them; along with PL30, they don't seem to have much bass and they do seem to be a bit laid back; being used to MS-1i, I don't think I will like them.  ...

Hi,   I've got 30€ to spend on IEM's, since my (fake) EP-630 broke a while ago.   These are the options I've seen so far: Meelectronics M9, Sound Magic PL21 or 30 and the Hippo Pearl.   I don't have any particular demand on characteristics; I use Alessandro's MS-1i for home listening...

Thanks! Btw, since you've already decided, may I ask about the Hippo Pearl? I heard they're pretty good. They cost about 30€, from what I've seen.   PL21/30 cost +/- 20€   Is it worth the extra money?

Where can M9's be bought in Europe?

They have great prices; now I'm thinking I should buy the PL30's. Being priced so close, are the PL21's better in some way?   About the PL30's, are they comfortable with the cable around the ear? I suppose they will not fall off very often.   Thank you very much. :) 

Thank you very much for the help. The PL-21's seem very nice, I guess they're worth a shot. Do they have a J cable? Where should I order them from? They're not on Amazon, I don't know if there's any reliable dealer on Ebay.   Btw, is there any difference between the MP-21 and the PL-21?

Thanks, but they're not that cheaper than the retail price, I think. They don't cost much more on Amazon.
