    Because I shipped it with letter-mail, I didn't get a tracking number. If I wanted to ship with a tracking number, I'd need to use parcel shipping, which costs almost $40.

I had the left earbud fail on me and sent in the RE2s for replacement (in a special padded envelope (one of these), with the invoice and instructions to replace) using Canada Post international letter-post. I have not received any E-mail confirming that the RE2s made it...

    Just a quick question to all of you who got a replacement for your RE2s. The same thing just happened to me (left side stopped working) 2 months after I bought them. Is the replacement that is sent the full box and accessories, or just the headphones? I ask this because I have a ripped bi-flange...
