Etys vs Senn 280s question...
Quick question. I have a pair of Senn 280s which I use to listen to music on my computer at work, and have just bought a pair of Ety ER6i's. When listening to music on my PC (through a Transit M-Audio) the Senn's produce rich full sound and the Etys sound tinny and thin by comparrison. But...- Aaron

Just got my M-audio transit: impressions
After a lot of research (read procrastination) I decided to buy an M-audio transit to solve my music problems - ie needed something to make my G5, iBook and HPPc sound better. The transit's just arrived and I'm very impressed with the sound quality. It's driving a pair of Senn 280s and seems...- Aaron

Question re PC noise.
Hey there. I am listening to music through a PC with a SoundMAX chip on the NVidia graphics card. I'm getting heaps of noise - like weird clicking and distortions when I mouse-down or swop applications. Am thinking about buying a BitHead. Would it fix these kinds of problems or is it something...- Aaron

M-audio Transits?
Okay, after some feedback and poking around it seems like I should be getting an m-audio Transit. I want a portable (and cheapish) way to improve the sound quality on a PC. My question is: Will the transits provide enough juice to drive Sennheiser 280's (64Ohms impedance)? The Transit also...- Aaron

What should I get for a PC with Senn 280s
Sorry if this is an 'entry level' question. I've just bought a pair of Senn 280 Pros. I use them to listen to music from a PC in a shared environment (hence the closed headphones). I'm pretty disappointed with what I'm getting at the moment and I suspect it's more the fault of the PC than the...- Aaron

Which amp for Senn 280's and a PC
Hi. I have a pair of Sennheiser 280 Pro's and am listening through a PC. The sound quality on the PC is pretty appalling (much worse than coming off my Mac). I guess the answer is to get a headphone amp. What would people recommend for this? The source (CD-ROM) drive is obviously crap and closed...- Aaron
