I have a Antique Sound Lab MG Head DT for over 5 years and no trouble .

Well I don't want to rain on anybodys parade but I have the 751's my wife just got the 710's. I was listening to them on my Sony X 1060 and they sound just like the 751's except the bass was a bit bloated on the 710 but then again they only have 10 hours on them .

I also listen to bebop and all acoustical jazz. I use to different systems. For acoustical jazz I use HD600's with a MG Head DT tube amp. With anything electric I use RS1's with a Mier Corda amp.

I switch cable sides and it is work good now.Even if I jiggle it the channels don't go out.

I have some HD600,s and sometimes one side will go out but when I jiggle the cable the sound comes back this is on bolth channels. Do you think this is a cable problem or is it inside the headphones? Thanks for any help.

I have had the older sr325 and they where to bright for my taste. I have not listened to the newer sr325i. I sold the 325,s and bought some rs1 and been very happy with them.

I prefer my Thiel speakers much more than any headphone.
