I apparently have a slight hearing issue with my left ear when compared to my right so was wondering if there was any usb dac/amp (and/or) that could help me balance the two sides. I have about a $150 or so budget but cheaper would be better.

Although my listening preferences are a bit different the AKG 181DJ (higher up version of your model and err quite a bit bigger) seems to be fairly well regarded.
