Anybody find it very hard to find the optimal position for the 840? I find that it sounds like everything is coming from the top of my head if I put the driver lower than my ears(increasing the length of the extension part) The soundstage seems the most normal when keeping the drivers at the...- Ansh

I'm also a user of ER4S and 840 They definitely are equipments of different style but both enjoyable I personally think it may be quite hard to love both of them at the same time The 4S sounds very thin if you get used to the 840( same the other way round)- Ansh

Done - 4-pin balanced Shure SRH840 modification
Can anybody suggest me some good 2.5mm plugs for DIY? I've seen some 3.5mm and 6.3mm plugs from Neutrik etc. and I'm wondering if there are also high qualtiy 2.5mm plugs for diying Thanks- Ansh
