PK3 IEMs
I use PK3 and have had good luck with them. The price is right but they won't stay in my ears. I am looking for an IEm with similar sound qualities. I have a high frequency hearing loss so something that will compensate for this is a necessity , crisp, and clear. Bass not a big deal for me. I...- pursuant

PK3 sound duplicate
I have been a happy user of the Yunin PK3 for the last 5 years, on my second pair. I like the clear high end as I have a hearing loss but I have trouble keeping them in my ears.I am looking for an EIM that has some of the same qualities. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks- pursuant

Bose Tri Port TP-1A
I recently aquired a pair of these headphones. One channel is completely dead. My question is are they worth fixing and is it something I might be able to do? If it is something like a broken line I could do it but that would be the extent of my ability. I have been looking at them and can't...- pursuant

Klipsch SR4 anyone actually listen to them?
I know they are due out in April but I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Kilpsch about an actual date. I currently have a set of PK3s but would like something with a clearer high end, like the Custom 1s I had. I had to give them up because they were uncomfortable, the over the ear design...- pursuant

what decides whats good?
Thanks for the advice, you are right it does take a lot of listening to. I am on my second set of ear buds. I have a price limitation so I can't get anything over $80. I first started out with Kilpsch Custom 1s which sounded just perfect to me. One of the problems of being older is that your...- pursuant

PK3 break in
There are qualities I like about the PK3s, I think the "good warm sound" you describe is one of them. I can see why people like them. For me the treble quality is very important. It gives me a depth of sound that I am missing in my life in general. The Customs did a good job of creating it, I...- pursuant

PK3 break in
Thanks for the feedback. I should add that I suffer from a high end hearing loss, nerve damage, I'm told. That being said the Customs were much brighter than the Pk3s for me. I assumed buds in this price range would have similar characteristics.I stand corrected if I was wrong to think this...- pursuant

PK3 break in
I had a pair of Custom 1's that I returned. I couldn't get used to the over the ear hook on them and the deep canal fit they needed and the frequent loss of volume when I moved my head certain ways. After much research I decided on the PK3s.Had them for a few days now and they are much more...- pursuant

earbud cases
I have seen multiple posts on cases but mostly they come from a few years ago.So I thought I'd try for some information from this year. I am purchasing a pair PK3s and wanted a soft case that I can slip in my pocket without the big bulge. I have been to a couple of sites ( Head Direct, Amazon...- pursuant

Earbuds for high end hearing loss
As I understand it some of the IEMs don't have to be completely inserted in the canal. The design for the PK2 are similar to the buds that come with Ipods. I want something that will go partially in the ear. I am not opposed to IEM but with the Custom 1s when I did get them in I found just...- pursuant
