Please HELP, my Clip+ RB died!

SMD replacement for BD139/140 or similar
working on a portable amp, I could use the standard SOT-32 stuff, but it makes it real tight. I am wondering ig there are any SMD (SOT-223 or SOT-89 etc) that are comprable to the SOT-32 stuff. Heat sinking should not be a big deal, as they will not be biased much.- H22

Westone UMX'3's vs SHURE 310's...
