iPod and Belkin Dock to AVR

What would make me go WOW!?
I have an 80GB iPod Classic and Shure SE210s. Without spending more money (as both items are returnable right now), what would be a significant improvement in sound quality? Over the Ear Phones Comparable to Shure SE210
What over-the-ear phones that are fairly lightweight for wearing out would compare in sound quality to the Shure SE210 in-ear? I find the in-ear uncomfortable, but I'm liking the sound quality from them.- Sittler27

Getting the Most from Portable RIG for Less?
I recently picked up an 80GB iPod Classic and a pair of Shure SE210s. I've ripped all my music to FLAC from original CDs, and then converted the FLACs to 320Kbps MP3s using LAME. My question is: Could I spend less money (let's say, on the headphones), and get the same sound quality?- Sittler27
