I have the sandisk clip zip with m100 for now but need a dac and possibly a better mp3 player. I listen to Electronic Drumstep/Chillstep and some pop like jason mraz and james blunt i almost bought the x5 what do you guys think? will my headphones tell the difference?

will this set up sound good or is actually using the dac with my note 3 better. or any recomendations i have a clip zip and a note 3 and definitely getting the v moda m100s question is what amp. i also listen to music on my computer with my audioengine 2's so i thought the e18 will help out here...
