Which would you prefer?

I dont know anything about these potentiometers but they look as if they will get the job done! I cannot find any information nor can I find pics to support what i have. just a portable amp question...
considering a portable amp design that will have a power supply of four 9 volt batteries, and considering the virtual ground divider would it be possible to use 2 1000µF 50V electrolytic capacitors if configured properly? Is it possible to incorperate 2 or more op-amp chips in a single project? If I wanted say eight channels of output and four channels of input would it be possible to use more than one op-amp chip? If so how many would I need?- thenewguy
