I just purchased the Beyerdynamic DT 990 pro 250 ohms. I would like to purchase the best amp possible for under $70. I will be using these headphones solely at home on my desktop. I do not need anything portable. Some sort of bass boost would be cool, but is not paramount to build/sound quality.
