This might be a dumb question, but here goes. I don't particularly like the headphone sound quality from my PC soundcard. Mostly the power level. Would it make sense, as a "cheap" solution, to run the SPDIF output directly to a headphone amp. Is there a headphone amp that can do this...

Too bad I am at work. I'm just staring at the gold box while sitting in my cube. Can't wait to get home and give them a listen. Probably won't be much conversation going on at my house tonight

Are there any home DVD/MP3 players that support ID3 tags? I haven't been able to find one. I would even settle for long filename support.

Do people generally have all EQ and/or tone control settings flat when listening to headphones? Brett
