I am curious. I looked all-over the phones, but cannot find either a serial number nor the model # anywhere on the headphones. Am I missing something, or is it Grado being so secretive again?

I am a happy owner of RS-1i, and am wondering what is or are the main differences between this "newer" model and the older one. I am aware that there is a different cable used, but what about the internals like the driver, etc... All information is appreciated.

I live right near Grado folks. Met John a few times. Nice guy and I love my new RS-1i. Music has never sounded better in my ears.
