What do you guys think about 2nd and 3rd party developers creating amps for the DX200 for different sound signatures? For example amps by Schitt or ALO?

For some strange reason, I can't get my unit to update firmware. I am still on the first firmware it came with. At first I was having problems with the swiping issue but, it seems to have corrected itself. I am desperate for the latest firmware update but, I can't seem to figure out the problem.

The touch screen on my DX200 has gone totally haywire. It is no longer usable. I need information on how to get a replacement.

This may have already been addressed but, about the balanced out port.._._if you put a 2.5mm stereo adapter onto your iem, will it have the desired effect?

Actually Earsonics were selling them. My initial transaction didn't go through because my bank blocked it... ID fraud suspected. I cleared it with the bank and the SM3s are on the way. Thank you Ivabign for the heads up.
