Really? I personally upgraded from MA750s to IE80s and they have significantly more bass (sub-bass at least). Especially if turn up the little bass knob on them. Though I do agree they are great at classical, symphony, etc. (Jazz sounds amazing on them).

Yeah, that was the one problem I had with the bass of the MA750s. I am assuming by "deep" you mean low on sub-bass, which the MA750s are. The MA750's strong points are tightness, and the mid-bass and upper bass quality/levels, which the MA750s sacrifice sub-bass to get. Personally I like that...

Ooooh. That's a slightly different mix but it is still there; you're right, in that mix it's panned about 50% to the right. I was referring to the mix from the album Oracular Spectacular, where it's panned full right, it sounds slightly different and is more likely to get lost in everything else...
