Nothing, it has exactly the same output options ... 1x balanced and 2x single ended. The cards are also now relatively easy to swap within the Yggy+ chassis. Awesome DAC which is now unobtanium in the OG A2 combination (other than listings like this one)

"Bests" is such a difficult adjective in such a subjective hobby ... For some folks the OG MB Gungnir already does this, they simply prefer the sound of Gungnir over Yggy in their systems. And if the production Gungnir2 is a DS DAC chip with FPGA as the prototype suggests, then we're into apples...
