I'm having these same issues with deep sleep. Is this a problem with the W233b or are everyone having this issue?- Im2spec1al

This has me pretty upset becaues now I can't use the new firmware, and I was very excited about some of teh features it offers once I read about them :( I know right. I really hope that the full firmware update would be released soon, it would likely solve this problem and many others...- Im2spec1al

Yes, I think W233b is having lots of problems, I'm guessing you don't have this version? Re-installing fw 1.1 didn't help :(- Im2spec1al

I don't know if this is a known issue or not, but when my X3ii goes to deep sleep, and my headphones are connected, it starts to put out white noise. When I wake it and resume the music, I have to reinsert the headphones to hear the music. It has also progressed further down the album than it...- Im2spec1al

PSB M4U 1s and Mad dogs are both excellent headphones, you can't really go wrong with either one. If you're getting a headphone for home-use, you should also look into open headphones. Like Hifiman HE-400, Grados and Sennheisers for example. Although I think the Mad Dog- sound signature is...- Im2spec1al

All the Mad dogs that are sold new are version 3.2. It just means that it's the most up-to-date version. I don't know about mad dog pro's versions. I have the normal Mad dogs version 3.2. The Mad dog Pro's are more for electronic music because of their bass-emphasis, or so I've heard.- Im2spec1al

If I put them on just right and sit/stand in ergonomic position, I can wear them pretty much indefinitely ;) In normal use I can use them for about two hours at a time, then I take a break and continue. The weight is not a deal-breaker, because it is otherwise so comfortable headphone and sounds...- Im2spec1al

Official X3 1st gen firmware thread--3.34beta: removed 5800 song limit, play through folders--Happy Chinese New Year!
Oh okay, that makes sense :D I mistook folders to mean albums, silly me. Now that I tried the function through "browse files", it works like a charm, thanks for clearing that up for me Playing through albums would be cool though, I've never seen that kind of function in any player I've used.- Im2spec1al

Official X3 1st gen firmware thread--3.34beta: removed 5800 song limit, play through folders--Happy Chinese New Year!
Sorry for going a bit of topic here, but could someone tell me how the new "play through folders" feature is supposed to work. I have it enabled, but when I skip through the last song on the album, it just starts the album over. Is this feature working for everyone else, or is it just me?- Im2spec1al

If you own a higher level dac than that which is already inside the X3ii, then you should use it. Otherwise there is no need for an external dac.- Im2spec1al

I love the warm and smooth sound signature of these phones. The upper region is also well-refined, but not emphasized in any way. These sound very smooth and relaxed, but not too laid-back. They can be quite energetic when the song demands it, and because of the smooth characteristic of the...- Im2spec1al

Hello, are you still working with mad dogs, fine-tuning and such, or have you moved onto the alpha and prime altogether? What Im asking is, will we see updates for the mad dog in the future, or will 3.2 be the final version?- Im2spec1al

Im loving the beta in every way imaginable!!! You truly do listen to the community, which many companies tend to forget. We have had the beta for a while now, when can we expect the full release? What kind of changes might we expect with the full release? Thank you for the reply in advance!- Im2spec1al
