Hi, I had this issue. I've made a mistake and updated only headset (because after update it paired with the dongle). I solve the problem by updating also the dongle. Possibly I also reset to factory settings, I'm not sure.

I have one issue. Connected to xbox and phone (bt). After receiving a phone call mic is not switching back to xbox. I have to restart the headset to make it (mic) work again with xbox. Any thoughts?

Xbox version here. Strange one that I had to repair my dongle today - am using it only with xbox and today it didn't want to connect. I read that on PC when connected with A dongle and in the same time with the phone on BT Maxwell switch sound from a dongle (pc) to the phone when notifications...

I still like battery life and sound quality overall. It is just about lack of test before new soft releasing. And this is a suggestion I'd more appreciate than yours. Should be easy to fix. It is more about add +1 to all similar complains just to let Audeze notice the problem and/or at least...

Nah, nonsense, these are gaming headset and due to to low sidetone I feel uncomfortable because I can't hear myself loud enough :/ @Audeze please give possibility to upload previous soft, to me it was better.

Totally agree. As I mentioned above, before I was able to hear everything in my house, now looks like you're right. Doesn't bother me thought, just set side tone to 85% ;)

Quick review after 3h gaming session on Xbox plus couple of hours of music by BT connection. I switched from Lucidsound Ls50x. No issues at all, none. No crackling sounds with sidetone on (doesn't matter on which sensitivity). White noise or hiss is present, but in my opinion this is normal...

To me it sounds like headphones crashed, but this is only my guess. I'd try factory reset and (if reset will not help) firmware reinstallation: https://support.audeze.com/hc/en-us/articles/15529895631373-Maxwell-Firmware-Reinstallation

Do you experience a crackling noise while connected only to your phone?

All is OK, I didn't even know that it is possible to use phone's mic even when connected through BT to the headphones. I switched to audeze's mic, all works correctly :) Thank you @Audeze

Does sidetone issue appears only with dongle connection or also with BT to Phone connection? To me all sounds OK with Bluetooth to Phone connection with sidetone on to 100% (boommic attached). Xbox version.
