For gaming, you want 40ms> transmit latency, or less. Problem is, theres generally a compromise of audio quality to transmit the signal faster. Theres new codecs on the horizon that may increase audio quality while remaining low latency, LC3+, LHDC-LL, aptx-Lite But none of those new codecs...
