Hello, sorry you're having trouble. Are you in AIO Mode 1? If not and you are in Roon Ready Mode it's not possible to access ifi.local If the light on the left is red, that indicates no network connection so it playing music is a bit odd. There have been times I have seen my Zen Stream drop...

It is possible, but I have no idea of a timeframe... The Update to the NEO Stream was released and it was supposed to be within the month after that the Zen Stream version would be released, but there was an issue with 2.32.9 so I am not sure how that affected the timeline. Apologies... Cheers!!

Sorry you are having another issue, please PM me your ticket number and if no one gets back to you I will see that someone looks at it asap. The only time I came across this was when we were at AXPONA someone had inadvertently changed the earloops (swapped) the wrong way so they were reversed...
