I have the universal and I have no issues with the fit and they sound amazing. As for the cable I’m not looking to trim down Xenon mid bass bleed, I want the most impact that I can get 🌚🔈🔈

Spinfits CP100 are cool with the RN6. Black atoms is the sweet spot For me. Red is nice but bass has no impact. silver too spicy for me. Gold is just pure bass muscle and fun.

The guy who did this made only work only for PCM no DSD. You put the sample rate at 48k at the top then choose a file with convolution then the soundstage and the image gets noticeably wide and better separation between instruments. Worth a try if you have Hiby R device. “Just leaving this here...

I use fixed sample rate at 48000, sound field, DRX dynamics bass set at 0.7, mids 0.2, treble 0.3. Convolution a long with a wide soundstage file shared by Joe bloggs. Class A with high gain then lower the volume I find the best results this way.

It’s processing because I have set the sample rate first then the plugins I want like DRX, sound field then last Convolution with sample rate enabled if I disable it the sound changes but once enabled the sound is wide and good. Ever since I stopped maxing out the volume the issue disappeared...

I think it’s checked by default once you disable it the sound changes.

Could you explain why with this tweak when I try to max the volume I run into an audio issue the sound distorts completely sometimes after a while but when I’m below 90 volume steps it’s fine? My solution is to have it on high gain then keep the volume at 60 max.

With R6P2 you could do all plugins and cancel out the DRX. The dap is already colored. I thought you were talking about R8ii. Or you can add DRX but keep modifying the bass and mids til it sounds good.
