I haven't received a code for the LEC I bought. Did you guys get one (Linsoul)?

Bought the Hildac AutoBeam Plus and the Raptgo Bridge.

This is the one non-iem I am considering for the Linsoul sale.

Based on Crinacle's review, and the general shortcomings of all BA sets, it sounds like the Yanyin Canon 2 and Shanling ME600 would have overall better sound quality.

My understanding is the Zodiac is vented.

What are the typical shortcomings of all BA sets?

I haven't found many people who have heard it.

I realize the Tansio Mirai Zodiac is an older iem, all BA, and used to cost over $1300. Is it better than the iems like the Pilgrim, Dusk 2, Davinci, or Shanling ME600? Would it be worth $399?

The Tansio Mirai Zodiac is possibly for sale for $499 at the Linsoul sale. Is this an outdated iem, or worth the price? I am looking at it, as well as the Shanling me600 and Yanyin Canon 2.

Mixing up the music on Project M. Black Keys, Elbow, Hania Rani, Royksopp, Little Dragon, Broken Bells, Franz Ferdinand, Oasis, Bruce Cockburn, "old" Coldplay, Johnny Cash, Bach, Queens of the Stone Age, and Metallica, etc. al. Did I miss a genre?

Listening to the Magic City Hippies, Capyac, Franc Moody, and Zoe Keating on the cello (I recommend). All of these bands are funk except Keating, and there are strong elements of bass in combination with the Cello. Good rumble, details, just good pleasing sound on Project M.

Project M - two words: "Oh Yeah"! The details and bass are just fine. It took me a minute to get a decent seal, but once there, nice.

My understanding it that doesn't start until the sale does.

It would cost me $399 with my Lec. But I understand what you are saying. I am weighing this expensive and old iem with the Yanyin Canon 2 and Shanling ME600.

Crinacle and HBB reviewed them favorably.

I am not hearing anyone talk about the Tansio Mirai TSMR-12 ZODIAC, which is in the $499 bracket/flash sale. Anyone have this iem. It retails for over $1200.

I have a couple of questions. Why has the Shanling ME600 not gotten a ton of reviews? ToneDeafMonk has reviewed it, but I can't find much of anything about this iem on Youtube or the web, other than a few Asian sites. I am sure it is good, but it is beyond "under the radar" in terms of...

I looked for it by name this morning and it was not on the site. Must have just added. I don't like the way Linsoul lists things. I used the words Shanling and Onxy and got nothing.

It is not available at Linsoul. It is available at Hifigo and Shenzhenaudio. It is not available at the Shanling site, which is a collaborator for this.

You have likely talked me into the Shanling. I wasn't convicted about the Canon 2, already owning the Top. I know you like the Up.

I was ready to pounce on the Yanyin Canon 2, but between you and ToneDeafMonk I am open to the idea of this Shanling. Please tell me why you would put it on your list and if it plays most genres well.

Do you like the ME600 better than the Yanyin Canon 2?

Given my age, 60, I am not as sensitive at 6K. I am interested in Timmy's collab as well, but maybe later.

I find it interesting that companies are beginning to offer iems for the masses versus those who can afford them. Project M, Pilgrim, Aspire 4, the new Meze, and this one from Oriveti are coming in at affordable (or in 64audio's case, reasonable) prices.
