actually the filter from KZ is quite thick, similar desity with the 500 mesh imo. You will have no issues if you listen with low - medium volume :D.- Hung Tuan

KZ Vader Balanced is really different from the Trio. Even its switch mapping is different. All profiles focus on the bass region only. You can change its profile from analytical to bass-heavy. Plus, it is really good-looking.- Hung Tuan

It is hard to beat something that is already awesome 😌. I think the Vader Balance is just a few % better; most of the improvements come from the tonality, which can be very subjective and improve with ear tips and sources.- Hung Tuan

yeah... I think you should use shorter tip to reduce the treble resonance. The Azla TWS is really decent, and it is also very comfortable.- Hung Tuan

Received the KZ-Vader Balanced version today. I purchased it with my own money, mainly because it looks prettier (so why not, haha). TLDR: the force is strong with Vader Balance version. The most popular question: Do they sound similar to the Trio? Comparison is based on 1111 setting from...- Hung Tuan

hmmm... KZ should put more tips choices for their hi end product. Otherwise.... most of the time, I use my KZ with Spinfit and Tanchijm tips. I think these 2 synergy well with KZ iems.- Hung Tuan

I agree with him. Deeper insertion enhances the Trio quite a lot, in both details and treble extension. But I have to use 1100 setting.- Hung Tuan

Yeah, the AS24 has beautiful treble. I only found one con: its vocals are pushed a bit forward. Its bass heads toward natural, and focuses on both subbass and midbass. The ZS10 Pro 2, in my opinion, has better vocal and instrument alignment. It also focuses a bit more on subbass instead of...- Hung Tuan

There seems to be an issue with the 4th switch. The sound signature remains unchanged throughout the switch's range, I tried turning it on and off many times just to confirm. Overall, the ZS10 Pro 2 delivers a good listening experience on its own. While the detail retrieval falls slightly...- Hung Tuan

I don't like the AS24 bass as well, they are a bit muddy for my taste. The vocal is also a bit too pronounced. I think the ZS10 PRO 2 should win on bass, for mid range, I am not sure but I prefer vocal on ZS10 PRO 2 as it gives more spaces to other instruments. For treble, AS24 is just better...- Hung Tuan

I guess the only neutral set from KZ is the Zex pro and the ZVX. Sadly, they don't really focus to improve these any mores. It can be a bomb if we have another Zex pro 2 :D.- Hung Tuan

My ZS10 pro 2 arrived today. So far so good, I really like its tuning. Very detailed treble. Open back design, the mesh is not for decoration. Nozzle seems bigger, and fit better with 3rd ear tips. This actually reminds me of the CRA, but with smoother treble, and adjustable bass.- Hung Tuan

KZ ZS10 Pro 2 vs Trio. The #2 and #3 switch really change the bass a lot. Make it have more or less bass than the Trio default config (1111). The 4th switch does not seem to have any impact. The lower treble seems better, since the annoying peak at 4.5k HZ is reduced and more extension. Vs...- Hung Tuan

Maybe different in ear canal or unit variation, I am having the PR1 Pro with me right now (purchased directly from KZ, in their 50% discount program). Its treble is nearly like ear stabbing to me. The treble from AS24 is just right, but I have one complain about its pinna gain. Too much for me...- Hung Tuan

I think the Pro 2 will address the treble hotness of older models. Since it uses 4 BA tweeters for the treble region. I have AS24 (8 BA tweeters) and Rhapsody (4 BA tweeters). Their treble are pretty amazing, detailed and airy.- Hung Tuan
