Believe the X has a different (newer) dac chip. I would get whichever one is cheaper on AliExpress during their sales if you go this route. I paid $100 and some change for the X but it was a gift for someone else so I no longer have it.

Spinfit CP240 L is almost 15mm but it's a flanged design. Some makers have 15mm foam, like Westone. Custom tips might be an option, I've never looked into them.

Final Type E LL are 13.5mm... those you can get from Audio46 or other retailers. JVC Spiral Dots L, Spinfit XL, and BGVP W01 are 14mm, I believe.

Have not used these specific tips from Tin. I would try KBEAR 07 and BGVP W01. You could also try contacting TinHifi on AliExpress and asking them where to purchase original tips.
