Upgrade question!
I have a choice sell my old Creek OBH-11 with the stock power supply and upgrade to a new amplifier or buy the OBH-2 or OBH-UNI power supply upgrade for the existing OBH-11. What would be a better option? Probably looking for a new amp in the $175 - $225 range.- Quitoman

OBH-UNI
The cord on my OBH-11 snapped so I'm wondering if i should repair the cable or get the new OBH-UNI power supply. Is the OBH-UNI the best power supply for the OBH-11? or should I invest in a new amplifier- Quitoman

headphone filters
I think that's what they are called, the thing in between the headphones and the actual cushions. I'm wondering where I can get some for the HD650s which would also mean the HD600, HD565, and other similar ones. I also remember seeing like people using filters that are used for vents and...- Quitoman

uDAC questions
I just bought a uDAC from someone on this site and they failed to mention that it didn't come with a USB cord but I have the kind of USB cord it needs at home so my questions is will this affect the performance or quality of the DAC using a different cord? Also I am using some gold plated RCA...- Quitoman

I guess I'll start looking for a DAC then. How big of a difference can they make? Is it like going from an off-brand mp3 player to an iPod Touch SQ wise? I guess I'm just curious since I've never listened to a dedicated DAC before. Also is the Creek OBH-11 a decent amp to combo with a DAC and...- Quitoman

Man it's been awhile
Man it's been awhile since I've been on here. I think it's mostly because ever since I got my HD650s I haven't really needed anything else. I guess my question would be if theres any inexpensive way to possibly make my setup sound better? I have my HD650s connected to my Creek OBH-11 (is...- Quitoman

MDR-V6 Mod. I think I just fixed the harshness/brightness issue..
Makes sense. I used to mod my 7506's because of the harsh highs. I actually like the V6's better imo I didn't have any problem with the highs when I listened to them.- Quitoman
