Nowadays I'm listening to random trance, techno, edm using YouTube Music, nothing what I would want to share. Let's say it is statistically subjective sibilance perception in my rig created at hoc (so it can change in any moment): Kanas Pro - 1 Xenns Mangird Top - 1 Nova - 1 Juzear 41T - 1...

The Libras are not completely devoid of sibilants, they admittedly have very little of them. This imposes itself somewhat when compared with the better-tuned Sonus. I think they will also go for modifications.

Sorry. Sometimes I'm jumping from site to site 😁

IMO eq is not enough. If you have mediocre hardware (drivers, shells, dampening) what equals bad fr, and you will change fr by software (eq) you will get something between "good and bad". It's rather easy to EQ good iem (but for what reason), then bad iem to good.

I forgot to mention. The balanced one.

KZ Libra balanced (bought at Ali Ex) - better then my moded Polaris and equal or bit better then moded Castor Bass, (subjectively) inferior to 7hz Sonus. So it's good bite of iem with VERY nice timbre.

I'm not the only one who was tempted by the 7hz Sonus from what I can see from the posts lately. Not surprising, since they were on promotion. From the graph somewhat similar to the Mangird Top. Only I have the impression that the tuning they have is more even - very low profile in budget class...

If the point of reading the graphs taken from 711 is negated, or it is only access to the Crinacle base - without KZ iems for example, then I increasingly think it is a waste of energy to put into this hobby, if there is no way to fight the cancer of sample reviews and the festival of ego...

Come on! Of course his behavior is reprehensible, but I am never one-sided, and I must admit that at least he is not afraid to make bold claims. And if they are not to be challenged, then we should not attack the person.

It's different at the graph. Especially highs of the Q1 pro are much less refined.

COREIR AL ALLOY arrived. Although I was skeptical, this is a good purchase: the sound is much cleaner now. I have only tested so far with the DQ6S, which also has aluminum (probably) nozzles.

I generally believe in the existence of qualities that are impossible to prove by physical means, but this applies mainly to matters and things of a higher order than the physical. From physics I would like it to show me this quality, because otherwise I presume that someone wants to deceive me...

If two speakers play at the same volume and in the same range then you will not hear anything different from the two speakers that one speaker would give. Damper system : you mean your theory of air flow? The graph is airflow, because sound is a wave whose carrier is air. In practice, one must...

In my opinion, there is a mistake in this experiment with EQ: The changes you are making, you are making on existing hardware. To do this experiment you would have to have at least a measurement microphone. I don't have one at my disposal. Personally, due to the plasticity of our hearing, I...

If the technology cannot be measured, how can it be developed? Are all these adamantium-vibranium drives being introduced without any research?

It's not just the highs on the treble that matter, but the entire profile of the graph. Tones masks or accentuate themselves depending on where the highest excursion is on the graph. The CRA is the most bearable of the series because it has the highest point on the sub bass. Unfortunately, but...

As of today, I believe more in the limitations of the speakers than their specific qualities. BA may play differently than DD, but they may play almost identically, the important thing is whether they come close to replicating what was recorded.

To me now only graph mean something (at least can be shown), rest is kind of poetry.. From autopsy: CRA plus had nice timbre (mids), but even sharper top end.

As I wrote, it's individual. For listening at home those tips which I recommend are great. Outdoor usage can be problematic sometimes, because it's very thin and soft material. Outside I prefer something stiffer, usually it's KZ Starlines or Sancai narrow bore tips.

It's subjective, but my type is Fiio HS18 and if your size is M it's worth to consider ePro Horn Shaped tips (M is only size made well). Audiosense s400 is nice with narrow nozzle iem like Dq6s
